The Kentucky Buck is a whiskey based (bourbon) cocktail for the spring and summer drinking sessions, you've got lemon's, you've got strawberries, and you've got ginger beer. How can you go wrong with a ginger beer drink in the warm weather months!? Oh, you can't.

We are using Larceny bourbon, but you can use whatever bourbon you want, we suggest high proof to get some of the flavor profile in your sips.

Kentucky Buck
- One strawberry (hulled)
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 of rich simple
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- Top with Ginger beer
