Tampa Mayor reels in 70 pounds of cocaine while fishing with family in the Florida Keys

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor caught more than $1 million worth of cocaine while on a family fishing trip in the Florida Keys last month. Castor, who spent 31 years with the Tampa Police Department, and her family were out lobstering on July 23 when they spotted and reeled in the 70-pound package.
