The Knife Blade Push Up (knife hand push up) is good for strengthening your wrist and the pinkie side of your hand. The stronger, tougher the pinkie side of your hand is, and the stronger your wrist is, the less likely you will easily be hurt while using a knife hand, knife blade, strike to break boards or bricks and while practicing or using martial arts. The more harder, stronger you make your knife hand, the more you increase your ability to be able to deliver a more harder strike to any adversary you might encounter. It also strengthens the chest, shoulders, and other muscles too.
