Rich Skenduli Family Lived Like THIS (1700's) | Traditional Home | Albania Travel Vlog (Ep. 17)

In today's Albania travel vlog, I explore the house of a wealthy Albanian family, which was built in the 1700's.

The Skenduli house, a traditional home, was built to host about 30 people! There were 64 windows, 44 doors, 6 toilets, 4 big baths, 9 fireplaces, and it's own private bomb shelter!

The friendly lady inside gave me a private tour and explained a lot about this place, and what it was like to live inside it. The culture and mindset many years ago was very different, and very traditional.

I definitely recommend that you come and walk through this place to see it for yourself - if you plan on visiting Gjirokaster.
