Kids Shocked Me With Their English Ability! 👀 | Tepelenë, Albania | Albania Travel Vlog (Ep. 18)

In today's Albanian travel vlog, I visit Tepelenë, Albania. I started off by exploring the remnants of a castle right in the center of the town. The only thing that is left is the foundation and the walls. There are only a few residential homes in the center.

I walked down to the football / soccer field and watched a few kids play some soccer from a distance.

I walked back up the hill and explored some of the streets in the center of Tepelenë. There weren't many people outside. I'm not sure if it was because it was cold outside, or if it was the time of the day.

I walked down to the river to find an old wooden / cable bridge. I walked across.

Then, I visited a local man who was fishing in the river. We had a small conversation with each other using Google Translate on my phone. The biggest fish he has ever caught out of this river was from the ground all the way up to his knee! Definitely a big fish!

I walked back up to the castle (for the 2nd time), and was greeted by 3 other foreigners. While we were talking, the local children heard english...so they started to talk to us. I was shocked by how much they were able to say. We had quite a long conversation, much of it was not on camera. Very interesting!

I had to leave because I was just too cold. I grabbed some dinner and went back to my hotel to warm up.
