German accused of holding wife captive in France

A German national has been arrested on suspicion of having tortured, raped and imprisoned his wife at their home in Forbach, eastern France, with the wife telling police she had been imprisoned since 2011, the local public prosecutor said on Monday. Flora Bradley-Watson reports.
