Changing the narrative of how we see situations and circumstances in life can be hard. But it's worth it!

For example when I came out of hospital on both occasions it would of been accepted of me and by those around me that I could allow it to stop me from going after my goals in life and my ambitions. But I changed the story I was telling myself from a victim mindset to a victor. And now Bi-Polar is my super power.

Even though it comes with all of the challenges in the world to keep moving forward. But I will not let it defeat me and I will continue to strive!

It's a mindset, a way of life and lastly a positive outlook on the story I tell myself.
