The Supreme Court's recent decision in the case involving 303 Creative, a Colorado-based web design company, marks a turning point in the way businesses can choose to operate. The court ruled in favour of Lorie Smith, the owner of 303 Creative, allowing her to refuse to create websites for same-sex weddings based on her religious objections.
