Bear meat sausage biscuits and gravy! YUM!

Here's a bear meat sausage biscuits and gravy recipe that is amazing. We make a roux/white sauce for the gravy and add bear meat breakfast sausage. Killer!

Here's the full recipe for the gravy:
1/4 cup butter
3 bouillon cubes
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper, or to taste
4 cups milk

Melt butter and crush bouillon, mix flour, slat and pepper together and add to butter mix. When boiling, dump milk in and stir quickly until simmering then stir 4-6 minutes until thick and bubbling. Add meat and simmer on low for 5 minutes or so for flavors to mix. Serve over biscuits. Makes about 4 servings for hungry bear hunters.
