Heading to Texas in January is always fun for me, great fun, great weather, great food and GREAT BIG BUCKS! In part 1, I look over a lot of deer, trying to find a mature buck to shoot. I also explain the way they hunt down there and why it's the most effective method of hunting in the south Texas brush country.
