A Kind Turkish Man in Kayseri Invited Me to go Hiking | Ali Mountain | Kayseri Travel Vlog (Ep. 13)

While shopping at Decathlon in Kayseri, an outdoor sporting goods store, one of the employees approached me and answered some questions that I had about buying a new bag.

After exchanging social media accounts, he later messaged me that evening and kindly offered to take me to a nearby mountain (Ali Mountain) to get a good view of the city in the morning. I happily agreed.

Just as we got out of the car, an older gentleman (who we later found out was a prominent doctor in the area), told us about his travels over the years. I don't speak Turkish, so Enes translated most things that the Doctor wanted to tell me.

We hiked all the way to the top of Ali Mountain where Enes had a small breakfast waiting in his bag. So kind!

Immediately after eating, we had to start our decent because he had to be to work soon.

Definitely a fun day hanging out with local people!
