Try this deer meat recipe. The venison loin, often called the backstrap, is one of the best cuts on a deer. Most people do not think of smoking it. This recipe with cheese and bacon is amazing! You can also do this on a grill as long as you do not put it on direct heat and cook it too fast. Put the heat on one side of the grill and the meat on the other.
