Millions of Americans are not doing well. They are experiencing poverty, homelessness, unemployment, and many other hardships. It seems that there are those that are privileged, while others are being held back. Is this the land of opportunity for only the chosen few? One of the initiatives that has been established to ensure that all Americans are treated fairly is called diversity, equity and inclusion, which has been widely adopted across our nation. In this video, we explore this program to determine what it is and how it works.
