The FBI Facebook Files

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, released his fourth Facebook Files thread yesterday. This time he had two prime targets: Facebook itself, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). And he might have an indirect target: Hunter Biden, and through him the President himself.
The FBI and social media
Recently a federal judge has ruled that the FBI played a definite role in the suppression of free speech. Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana (Monroe Division), issued his famous injunction against the White House and a plethora of individual and agency defendants. The FBI is one such defendant; others include several FBI special agents. Among them: the infamous Elvis Chan, whose name has borne repeated mention in The Twitter Files.
In addition to this, the Twitter (now X) influencer Name Redacted, in December 2022, shared names of former intelligence officers who got jobs at Facebook.

Four days ago, Name Redacted dropped another, longer thread. He revealed that Meta, which owns Facebook, has hired more than 160 former intelligence and other federal agents. Of these, twenty-six came from the FBI.

We know about the role of the FBI and other three- and four-letter agencies in manipulating Twitter, because Elon Musk bought the company, discovered the files, and released them to journalists willing and able to extract and share them. No one has been able to give Facebook the same treatment – until now. Elon Musk bought Twitter (which he has renamed X); Rep. Jordan has subpoena power and has used it. Jordan now reveals the FBI’s role in telling Facebook what to do – and their lies.

Reaction includes skepticism and frustration. X users – at least some – want to see some Articles of Impeachment against the President and some of the “civil officers” who obviously have behaved badly. Others point out how careful the Republicans on the Judiciary Committee need to be.

Whether the man in the meme is Rep. Jordan or Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Speaker of the House, is unclear. But another user believes he recognizes the man in the picture as McCarthy, and has pointed out other failures of leadership on his part.
Analysis
Rep. Jordan seems to have shown conclusively that the infamous Special Agent Chan, and Section Chief Dehmlow, both of whom are named individual defendants in Missouri v. Biden, have perjured themselves at the green table. Two authorities ought to take note of this perjury, which happened on points material to the case:
• Judge Doughty, and
• Three members of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, to be selected to hear the government’s appeal.
Any judge knows that when a witness lies on a material point, that witness is utterly unreliable.
Apart from Missouri v. Biden, we have the FBI interfering in an election, to sway it toward a favored ticket. That automatically invalidates any protest about any of this happening on Donald Trump’s watch. Rep. Jordan has established that the FBI betrayed Trump. And if the FBI betrayed him, so did the CIA, DHS, GEC, CISA, and many other agencies. That includes the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, who also figure in Missouri v. Biden.
These revelations go to the establishment of a baseline necessary to decide an election by fraudulent means. Regardless of how one might “stuff” a ballot box, without a large-enough baseline, one cannot sway an election by this means. But the FBI engaged in another kind of election fraud: suppression of information necessary to casting an intelligent vote. That’s enough, not only to vote for someone other than Biden, but to defund and disband the FBI.
