Aug 6, Spectrum, 1246 pm, 23rd St between 5th and 6th Avenues, I went to port a phone from Boost mobile to Spectrum, I gave them the Boost phone number, the account number and the security pin number for the porting. The pin security number I gave them was the wrong one, but the staff didn’t say anything, what’s odd, without it, you cannot do the porting, they behaved as if everything was fine, in fact, they gave me the sim card which I placed in my phone. At home, I was surprised the phone wasn’t working, when I tried to activate it, the system asked for the right security pin number, this time I did input the right number, no matter, the phone didn’t work. A message asked me to call Spectrum, after talking for 40 minutes to both, Boost and Spectrum at the same time, a call in which both representative could talk to each other with me present, the Boost representative couldn’t release my number to Spectrum because I didn’t have the Boost sim anymore so he couldn’t confirm my identity without calling me at that particular number. I’m one hundred percent sure, the whole thing was staged from the beginning, in order to cause me another problem, I’ve said many times before, the spy agencies are trying to cause me troubles about everything, without skipping a bit, a debit card I should have received weeks ago, hasn’t arrived, in spite I’ve requested twice, right now, at Chime, I’ve been told there is an investigation, and only after the investigation is over they will send me a card, will it arrive?
