The "Double Down Workouts" is my way of countering the "Shi**y Workouts", meaning, on days, when you actually do feel pumped up, excited, and emotionally invested in your workout, do not just do the usual cadence of exercises. Do more, incorporate a new technique, or method, or try the same exercise from a new angle. This not only will reinforce your momentum but also magnify your gains exponentially.
