Trump’s plan to use the latest indictment as a way to expose evidence of election fraud in 2020 may be crushed by the Justice Department.

While the case is still going forward, and we can assume that Trump will still use discovery and subpoenas to gain access to evidence, this information is unlikely to see the light of day. Not only that, but if Trump talks about rigged elections or Jan. 6, it’s possible he could be charged for violating a court order. They found a way to muzzle him, and it comes in the form of a protective order.
