Stabbing victim asks why it took Detroit's first responders over 25 minutes to arrive

On August 4th, 25-year-old Tierra was on her way to work on Detroit's west side. It was around 8 am when Tiera was waiting for her bus on Warren near Southfield Freeway. Then, she was stabbed.
