Former Georgia Lt. Gov. subpoenaed to testify before Fulton County grand jury

Former Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan confirmed Monday in a post to X that he’s received a subpoena to testify before a Fulton County grand jury investigating alleged interference in the 2020 presidential election. Duncan, who has been scheduled to testify later this month, is the third known witness to receive a subpoena in the Georgia-based probe. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to announce any indictments against former President Donald Trump by September 1.
