Can America Solve Its National Debt

President of FreedomWorks Adam Brandon rightfully says America's debt crisis is a bipartisan effort. Frivolous spending on both sides have gotten us stuck with trillion dollar debt, and it won't begin to go down unless Congress makes some spending cuts. The USD's value is dependent on other countries widely-adopted use, however, what happens when those countries no longer trust it and the States default?
