The TexMex Loco Moco you Didn't Know You Needed, but you do!

I had another dream and then this happened. Why not change up the flavors of Loco Moco, already amazing but this time it's spicy! Enjoy!

Mexican Rice
1 cup Long Grain Rice
2 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1 heaping tsp Tomato Paste

TexMex Gravy
1 cup Beef Stock
1 Tbsp AP Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Mexican Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 tsp Maggi Seasoning
1 tsp Honey

Burger Spice Dryrub
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Chipotle Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
