**Job Title:** Housing Support and Management Intern

**Department:** Housing

**Reports to:** Housing Manager

**Summary:**

The Housing Support and Management Intern will provide support to the Housing team in a variety of areas, including case management, social events, service user involvement, and innovative and pioneering community initiatives. The intern will also have the opportunity to gain leadership and training opportunities, as well as exceptional accommodation.

**Responsibilities:**

    *    Starting at basic housing support and management
    *    Be supported and trained into ;
    *    Provide case management support to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of services
* Facilitate social events and activities for clients
* Recruit and train volunteers
* Conduct research and develop proposals for new programs and services
* Participate in community-wide initiatives
* Attend trainings and workshops
* Work with youth, families, media studio, foodbank, and local church ministry

**Qualifications:**

* Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
* Strong interest in social justice and community development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work flexible hours
