Side planks for older adults

In this video, I'll be demonstrating a variation of a regular plank exercise called a side plank. This exercise is specifically designed for older adults who don't exercise much and it targets the core and shoulder muscles. I'll show you how to properly perform the side plank, including modifications for beginners. Remember, the longer you hold the position, the stronger you'll get.
