Be The Hero For Property Management Companies

Property management companies wanna do what make the most amount of money for the least amount of work. When you can alleviate the giant monsoon of work that's coming their way. All of the staging, the liability, the coordination, the safety, the cleanup, and the inevitable complaints. And the scheduling will fall on someone, that is not part of their daily workload.

They're used to dispatching someone. They need to choose a contractor who can handle all of this for them. Our job is to make them look like a hero. So we can outright tell them that. My job, I don't need any credit for this job. I want you to get credit for this job. What responsibilities could you offload upon me that would make you look great?

Will anyone argue that with me that the finger will, will, will never get pointed? No. Always gets pointed. If something goes wrong, the finger goes to someone and it will end up on the property manager at some point. We just need to carry that burden.
