The Making of The BADGE

In this video, I take a piece of an old Heart Pine table and make it into a badge for our Sheriff. I believe our Sheriff deserves to have a backdrop for his photos and TV interviews. This badge is worn by all of his men and women as they go out and represent him in our community. He is the third generation Sheriff behind his Father and Grandfather.
I used my CNC machine to do most of the work as it took almost 60 hours to cut this piece. It is 37 inches across.
