My inspiration.

Late summer this year. The wind still blows...

After the heavy raindrops stop falling, all living things come to life. Move, walk, run, fly out of shelter from the cold rain and the rumbling sound of lightning that has fallen to the ground.

According to the order of the laws of nature, which has power over all things and every living creature.

Some are still asleep, others start to move, push, squeeze. Not every life can escape destiny. The reason may be… hunger.

Hunger is the force that drives the world to change the past and the future. In the chain of life, it creates balance and justice in the face of the inevitable.

Thin-winged death, spreading its wings, gliding in the wind, flying through the grass-tops of open fields, arrogant in the power hidden beneath its keen eyes and mighty wings.

It flies in pursuit of prey, chasing the destiny of insects, looking for food...

Piece by piece, putting the victim into his mouth and letting the remains fall to the ground without mercy.

Arrogant in her strength and ability to catch her prey however she pleases. Prey insects are unable to defend themselves or fight at all.

The rising sun illuminates every moment. The keen eyes grew dim, the mighty wings began to droop with fatigue from carrying the weight of the devoured insects lying peacefully in its stomach.

The sky hunter needs some rest.

A peak of beautiful grass in the middle of a vast field is a place where dragonfly regularly uses to find peace . It flies left and right, buzzing to land on the island where it usually rests on top.

A place that is always safe … but is it this time?

Everything will change today. Forever.

Everything in the world is impermanent.

Where there is darkness, there will be light.

Where life blooms, there will be extinction.

If there is a hunter, there will be a hunter who will hunt him.

The afternoon sun clouded its eyes.

Everything around looked the same. Even death.

Shapes and colors, everything as usual, nothing foretells things to come…

Dragonfly flaps its wings one last time to reach its destination a little faster as intended.

Suddenly, this idyllic land turns into a place of execution.

Pain, suffering, growing every moment.

A pair of jaws in the foreground crunches and bites into the center of the body and the base of the wings. Enjoying and savoring to the last bite, until the very end.
