FLASHBACK: In 2020, nearly 3,000 tons of ammonium nitrate that had been improperly stored for years in the port of Beirut, Lebanon, exploded and killed more than 200 people.
Remember 30,000 tons (60,000,000 pounds) of ammonium nitrate vanished from a Wyoming rail shipment bound for California this year.
