Chinese residents take stock of losses after floods

Fourteen people were reported to have died over the weekend in the Chinese city of Shulan. They're just the latest deaths after northern China was hit by record breaking rains and flooding caused by Typhoon Doksuri. Flora Bradley-Watson reports.
