No one will outwork me is a common statement but one that is commonly misused. The guy at the corner shop works harder than anyone else when it comes to work defined by effort + time. But that's not the kind of work we do as entrepreneurs, no what we must aim to do is leverage our knowledge and skills to get the most out of each hour. We aim to actually put as little effort and time as possible into our work but get better results than anyone else. This is how you sell things, you make something that requires little effort and little time but gives you the best results.
