Defender of the Tarkatans Baraka Mortal Kombat 1 2023 Bio

In this video, we take a look at the new bio for Baraka in Mortal Kombat 1. Baraka was once a respected merchant in Outworld, but his life was changed forever when he contracted the Tarkat plague. This disease turned him into a monster, and he was cast out from society.

However, Baraka refused to give up. He gathered a group of fellow Tarkatans who had also been afflicted by the disease, and they formed a colony in the Outworld wastelands. Baraka became their leader, and he vowed to protect them from those who would harm them.

In Mortal Kombat 1, Baraka is a playable character. He is a powerful fighter, and his trademark weapons are the Tarkatan blades that extend from his forearms. Baraka is also a skilled tactician, and he is able to use his environment to his advantage in battle.
