An in Depth, Nuanced Conversation on Gatekeeping and AI - CALL-INS! | The Dragon's Teacast Ep 6

Today's conversation will be a long one. We will cover TWO heated topics. The first, the concept of gatekeeping. Where is the line between keeping out the filth and becoming an overly bearing Boy's Club? As someone who is a big proponent of gatekeeping, I'm starting to notice people swing too hard in the wrong directions because they don't understand what they're doing, so I want to have a nuanced conversation on this important topic.

The second topic, someone got kicked out of SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) due to using AI to make fan art, and it was considered "stealing." Grummz on Twitter (former original WoW developer) pointed out that EVERYONE who makes fan art who doesn't get permission from the original artists is stealing, in this case. We'll look at what he said and talk about it more in depth, as I nail myself in some pretty blatant hypocrisy.

These conversations started on my Discord, and ballooned to the point where this will most likely have people calling in. One person won't be available until around 4 hours after we start, so this may end up being my longest Teacast yet.
