INGREDIENTS :

3 tablespoons instant coffee ( 15 grams )
3 tablespoons sugar ( 37.8 grams )
3 tablespoons hot water ( 53.27 ml )
1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder ( 0.30 grams )
450 ml milk ( 15.21 fl oz )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a jug add 3 tablespoons instant coffee, 3 tablespoons sugar
.add 3 tablespoons hot water
.mix with an electric whisk until creamy texture
.in a pan on low to medium heat add 450 ml milk
.heat up milk until hot ( not boiling )
.spoon coffee mix into a large coffee mug
.add the hot milk
.sprinkle on 1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
