Regrind Episode - Interview with The LOTS Project

Probably will not be at the keyboard on time this evening, so another regrind episode this week y'all, but a fun throwback.

Rejoin Josh on the Renegade Butcher show on-location for the first LIVE and in the flesh interview on the show. Brian from The LOTS Project is a good friend of mine and the community, and he was a guest in the early days back on Episode 5. Since then he and his lovely wife Kori have sold their rural Minnesota Farm/Homestead to go on the road full time. They're now traveling the country in an RV with their 3 dogs as they meet community members, as well as help folks get started in self reliant skills. I have been lucky enough to get to spend the winter with them nearby, and have Brian over to help at the shop occasionally. So, before they roll out and get back on the road for the spring, I'll be joining them for a little bit to hangout, and recap our experiences over the winter.
