Freeze sweetcorn FAST - cut and process using a drill

This video highlights my approach to processing and freezing sweetcorn for the winter. I freeze 40-50 dozen ears each year. I developed this approach after several years of spending all day cutting corn off the cob with a knife. I have tried several other cutters and found this one (Kernel Kutter) to be the best. You will need 2-4 people to shuck the corn to keep up with the cutting.
