Mom's Diary, July 6 to 10 - Knitting, mending and (balcony) gardening

I took part in the theatre play (as cashier :-D) and finally had some time to knit socks.
My slippers needed urgent mending. If you are wondering why I mend them over and over again: it is faster than making them from scratch. I already have wool here, but always postpone making them. I think, I would need a day of 48 hours to get things done.
The balcony needed to be replenished with new plants and there you go: salad and beans will grow from new seeds.
You maybe already know that we only have an apartment without celar, and here I am showing how I store my jams and other preserved food items. I already planned to change the way I store the boxes, because I would very much like the corridor to look nicer. Among so many things: this has to wait until time is due and I do have the time to get this done.
Our chilis are growing. If all goes well, it will be enough for one year until the next chili harvest is due. And it was time to consider harvesting the radish seeds.
