I Only Train ARMS & Legs

Due to limitations from injury I can only train arms and legs. Working out was taken away from me many years ago. For a long time I mostly gave up and focused on other things. About 3 years ago I started to put all my energy into just doing what I can and making improvements. It's been interesting to see how the path I could previously never imagine, now materializes in front of me. If you're stuck and you can't see how to improve, shift your energy and max out on what YOU CAN DO each day. Eventually I found a way to start training legs and it's been about 11 months consistent and they are no longer embarassingly small and soon to be TRUNKS. From focusing on my daily process, always showing up, keep making simple obvious improvements, I am slowly building my dream physique - something 3 years ago I could not possibly see the path to. #physiqueupdate #fitnesstransformation #fitnessmotivation
