Pop Up Scammers Don't know what Microsoft Remote Connection is

This video starts with a call with woman scammer, we then get transfered to her supervisor who swears at me. So I call back and get transfered to someone who has no idea that Windows has it's own Remote Desktop Connection Software. After a while we then get back on the line with the supervisor, who we claim is a disappointment.
