Method:
1. Slice 1 avocado
2. Slice 1 block of extra firm tofu
3. Place the tofu and avocado alternatively in a platter
4. Pour the dressing on the tofu and avocado
5. Garnish with togarashi, spring onions and crushed walnuts

For the dressing :
1. Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce Add 1 tbsp garlic, minced
2. Add 1 tsp ginger, minced
3. Add 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
4. Add 1 tsp maple syrup
5. Add 2 tbsp spring onions, diced
6. Add 2 tbsp water
