How to fix faulty battery/ Christmas lights

Is your battery brand new and faulty? Or is an old battery giving you the Christmas light combo but you knew it was fine prior to it's last use? Well I got the answer for you big homie so fear not, cause we'll get through this together. Just follow my quick tutorial and you'll be back to powering up those cordless tools in no time. This application is for Milwaukee and although I haven't tested other brands, I'm almost certain the same rules apply. Don't hold me to that statement though cause I am just giving you my educated opinion there. This application doesn't apply to overheated, cold, or shorted/fried batteries.
