Everett Tripodis owned a house on Lawton Street in Southwest Atlanta that he bought with his mother as an investment, now he owns a empty lot because when he went to work on it he discovered that the city totally demolished it and wanted payment for the destruction from him, here's the "catch" , "they" had the wrong address and demolished the wrong house, now he has to fight "them" in court to get rid of the bill and instead be compensated for his loss
