If you've ever been ghosted by a client (i.e., won't return your call) here's a way to prequalify the incoming lead to see if it's a real deal. When clients go dark or go silent, it's usually because we didn't provide enough sales value in the conversation. We can use the BANT model to qualify the opportunity.
