1. Squat 4 * 8

2a. Cannonball Leg Press 3 * 15

2b. Goblet Squat 3 * 12

2c. Sissy Squat 3 * 12

3a. Cable Curtsey Lunge 3 * 8 ea side

3b. SL Leg Extensions with red band 3x8ea leg

4a. Adductor Machine 3 * 20

4b. Cable Half-Circle Kickbacks 3x8ea leg
