4 people in life-threatening condition after hit and run near Toronto

A manhunt continues for a driver who caused a chain reaction crash and then fled the scene in Brampton, Ont., on Thursday night.

Police say a stolen pick-up truck slammed into a car at a high speed, resulting in a collision involving four vehicles, which was caught on video. Six people ended up in hospital, including two children. Besides the injuries to people, a dog travelling inside a vehicle with the family was also killed in the crash.

Officials say it's possible the vehicle was fleeing because the pick-up truck that rammed the vehicle was stolen.
