Rare MKUltra Testimony at the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, in 1994.

This is a testimony from Chris DeNicola and Claudia Mullen concerning shocking levels of torture, sexual exploitation and behavioral modification at the hands of several MKULTRA researchers and scientists, notably Dr. L. Wilson Greene, Martin T. Orne, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, Morse Allen, and Dr. Robert G. Heath.

What makes Claudia Mullen's testimony especially relevant is according to a written statement by then Professor of Law Alan W. Scheflin who has looked at thousands of MKULTRA documents and is recognized judicially in both federal and state courts as an expert witness in mind control “some of the information Claudia has provided is absolutely true and could not have been derived from any published. source.”

These are just two of thousands of unfortunate victims of this program who were tortured and experimented on in secret with the help of literal Nazis and Japanese maniac “doctors” the CIA smuggled into the US post-WWII. All with the help of academic institutions that never paid for their participation in this sick human experimentation.
