1. When was the last time you doubted yourself and felt vulnerable? How did that feel? If you can speak to your past self in that moment, what support would you give them? What message would you share?
2. Was there a time when your doubts were proven wrong? What did you learn from that experience? How can you use this lesson to overcome future doubts?
3. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Quiet your mind and open your heart. What is your heart telling you? What wisdom is it sharing? Write out down.
