The Moon as the Protectress

Many people believe that the moon is a sinister force, or even completely artificial, however, that ideology is rooted in deep misunderstandings around the divine feminine aspect and her role in human and planetary development.

The moon (and its realm) acts as the guardian of the earth. Above her are the pure heavens, and the rays of the Father, and beneath her lies the fallen world.

She is not defined by the fallen forces that are trapped beneath her feet, but rather by her protective power. She is most defined by her ability to keep these fallen forces at bay. She keeps the serpent tame at her feet, completely under her control. And as long as the she remains pure nothing evil can pass over her threshold.
