David Rubin, today's guest on our Proclaiming Justice podcast, is founder and president of https://www.shilohisraelchildren.org/ (SICF) – dedicated to healing the trauma of child victims of terrorist attacks, as well as rebuilding the biblical heartland of Israel through the children.
