It can be difficult to find the energy and drive to exercise regularly,
In this video, we want to answer the question: How to be motivated for your workouts?
How to be motivated for your workouts| From beginner
to expert tips:
Start every workout with 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio and stretching.
Cool down with flexibility exercises.
Aim to include multiple planes of motion in your workout.
Add lateral moves by doing side lunges or shuffles in your warm-up.
Here is a beginner workout plan that you can try:
First Day 5-minute warm-up (walking or jogging) and 20-minute cardio workout (walking or jogging)
5 minute cool-down (stretching)
Third-Day 20-minute strength training workout (bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks)
5 minute cool-down (stretching)
Fifth Day 5 minute warm-up (walking or jogging)
20-minute cardio workout (walking or jogging)
5 minute cool-down (stretching)
Remember to start every workout with a warm-up and end with a cool-down.
