The town of Manbij has become the new focus of the conflict in Syria. Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has threatened to use Turkish-backed rebels to drive YPG-dominated rebels out of the town. But if that happens, there are several potential flash points. And Manbij in many ways has become a microcosm of the complexities of the broader Syrian war. With so many sides involved it's hard to see how peace can be achieved.
