When you think of major conflicts in history, the first and second World Wars usually spring to mind. According to historians, one of the forgotten wars is the Korean War. Members of the Lethbridge Legion and local dignitaries held a wreath laying ceremony on Thursday morning to honour the 70th anniversary of the Korean War Armistice. BCN’s Micah Quinn chatted with a decorated veteran of the war who is known as the last surviving member here in Lethbridge.
